Thoughtful therapy for women navigating anxiety, self-worth, and meaningful relationships.
If you’ve been doing everything you’re supposed to be doing, but still feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in overthinking — it can start to feel really frustrating.
Therapy can help you slow things down, feel steadier in yourself, and reconnect with who you actually are — not just who you think you’re supposed to be.
I provide online individual therapy for women who are self-aware, busy, and often holding a lot internally — navigating anxiety, overthinking, and the pressure for their life to look or feel a certain way.
On the outside, things might be working. But internally, you may feel overwhelmed, unsure of yourself, or questioning where your life is actually going — and whether it even feels like you.
Therapy with me is collaborative, down-to-earth, and very much a “come as you are” space. It should feel like you can exhale a little — not like you have to perform or have the right words.
I understand how easy it is to live in your head, overthink, and put pressure on yourself — because I’ve been there too. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s going on underneath, and help you feel more grounded, clear, and confident in how you move through your life.
Sessions are rooted in talk therapy, with mindfulness, body-based (somatic), and creative approaches woven in when they feel supportive.
This might look like slowing down and noticing what’s happening in your body, exploring patterns in a more intuitive way, or using creative tools to access parts of yourself that don’t always have a voice.
The approach is holistic, flexible, and tailored to you — so it never feels forced or overly structured, just supportive of how your specific needs.
Online sessions available across New York State.

This May Be a Good Fit If You…
-
Feel anxious, in your head a lot, or mentally exhausted — even when things in your life are technically “fine”
-
Tend to overthink, second-guess yourself, or put pressure on yourself to get things “right”
-
Look like you’re functioning well on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of yourself
-
Want therapy that feels real, supportive, and down-to-earth — not overly clinical or like you have to perform
-
Are open to slowing down, reflecting, and understanding yourself on a deeper level
-
Value a relationship where you can be honest, feel understood, and not have to filter yourself
This May Not Be the Right Fit If You…
-
Are looking for quick fixes or surface-level solutions without exploring what’s underneath
-
Prefer highly structured, skills-only therapy without space for reflection or exploration
-
Aren’t able to commit to consistent sessions
-
Want direct advice or someone to tell you exactly what to do
If this feels aligned, I invite you to reach out.
