About Me

Hi, I’m Victoria.

I’m a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist offering online therapy for women across New York State. I work with women who are self-aware, busy, and often holding a lot internally — navigating anxiety, overthinking, and the pressure for their life to look or feel a certain way.

A lot of my clients come in saying some version of: “I thought I’d feel better than this by now.”They care deeply about their relationships, their work, and the kind of life they’re building — but find themselves stuck in their heads, second-guessing, or feeling more overwhelmed than they want to admit.
I’ve been in that space myself — the overthinking, the pressure, the feeling of trying to get everything “right” but still not quite feeling settled. Doing my own work is a big part of why I care so much about the kind of therapy I offer. Not just insight, but real, lasting change — the kind that actually shifts how you feel in your day-to-day life.
Therapy with me is collaborative, down-to-earth, and very much a “come as you are” space. You don’t need to perform, impress, or have everything figured out. We slow things down, get underneath the patterns that keep you stuck, and help you feel more grounded, clear, and confident in how you move through your life.
My approach is rooted in talk therapy, with mindfulness, body-based (somatic), and creative work woven in when it feels helpful. I’m especially interested in how anxiety shows up not just in your thoughts, but in your body — tension, restlessness, that constant “on edge” feeling. When you start to understand those signals, you can respond to them in a way that feels more steady and supportive. At times, we may also bring in creative or more intuitive ways of exploring what’s going on — especially when things are hard to put into words. That’s often where deeper shifts can happen.
Before becoming a therapist, I trained as an actor and earned my MFA from The Actors Studio Drama School. That background continues to shape how I show up — with presence, attention, and an ability to sit with nuance and emotion without rushing to fix it.
If you’re considering therapy, I know it can feel vulnerable to reach out.
A free 15-minute consultation is a simple way to connect, ask questions, and get a sense of whether this feels like the right fit.
